30 Day Refunds:
Optical King guarantees the quality of our eyewear. 
If you are unhappy with your glasses in anyway, simply contact us for a refund or a replacement pair.
We provide a 30-Day refund guarantee, which allows customers to make a return or equal exchange with no questions asked, within 30 days from delivery.

If you need to make a Return or require a Replacement pair, please contact our office first: sales@opticalking.co.uk 

Once confirmation has been given, please follow these simple instructions for a return (UK & EU):

  1. First, fill in the returns form provided in the confirmation email
  2. Place the glasses you want to return, with all accessories including the case(s) and cloth(s), back into the delivery box in its original state
  3. Please ensure the returns form is folded and placed into the delivery box 
  4. Secure the box 
  5. Send us the package so it reaches us within 30 days from the date you received the delivery. Please use the address on the form that came with your order

 
Please remember: Returns must be in there original condition and with there accessories (e.g. case/cloth). Also, when you do return the product, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages that are lost.

You will be given a full refund once the item(s) has been received by us, excluding any shipping costs. It is the customer's responsibility to send the item(s) back and notify us via phone or email so we can initiate the refund or replacement. 

Optical King reserves the right to make changes to, or cancel, return requests at any time. Your statutory rights in relation to returns and refunds are not affected.

We provide a 45-Day refund guarantee for international orders, which allows customers to make a return or equal exchange with no questions asked, within 45 days from delivery.
