Refund policy

UK Returns / Replacements:

Optical King guarantees the quality of our eyewear.
If you are unhappy with your glasses in anyway, simply contact us for a free replacement pair.

We provide a 30-Day refund guarantee, which allows customers to make a return or equal exchange with no questions asked, within 30 days from delivery.

Please remember: Returns must be in there original condition and with all there accessories (e.g. case/cloth). When you do return the parcel, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages that are lost.

You will be given a full refund once the item(s) has been received by us. Please note a returns charge of £2.99 per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount. Returns are free for replacements.

Please allow 7-14 working days for us to process your return once we've received your package, at which point you’ll receive an automated email confirming any refunds. 

Optical King reserves the right to make changes to, or cancel, return requests at any time. Your statutory rights in relation to returns and refunds are not affected.

International Returns / Replacements:

We provide a 45-Day refund guarantee for international orders, which allows customers to make a return or equal exchange with no questions asked, within 45 days from delivery.

Please remember: Returns must be in there original condition and with all there accessories (e.g. case/cloth). Also, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from your post office, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in the post. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with your carrier.

You will be given a full refund once the item(s) has been received by us, excluding any return shipping costs which are not covered for International Returns. You may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally, please check with your carrier when returning your order.
